Kia Country: Best Blogs of 2015
Kia Country publishes one to two original blog posts per week–that’s unusual for a car dealership, but we believe in keeping our customers informed.  Most of the posts fall into one of these buckets—safety, community, maintenance, and cars, cars, and more cars. We’re kind of obsessed with cars. We love to share our enthusiasm and knowledge with our customers or anyone who will listen.
We thought it would be fun to look back at our favorite blog posts of the year. Hands down, we had the most fun with the 12 Greatest Car Movies ever Made.  Picking Our Favorite Bond Cars  came a close second. Do you agree with our selections?
Our favorite community story—no question our partnership with Charleston Animal Society and our love affair with animals. It lasted all year. We were delighted to sponsor the 2016 Charleston Firefighter Calendar and use our blog and other communications to support animal welfare and raise funds to help injured and abandoned animals and spotlight key issues like pet overpopulation on World Spay Day.
Driver safety continued to be one of our primary concerns and we have written on Driving and Aging, , texting, drunk driving and not surprisingly several articles on driving safely in the rain, in this year of record rainfall.
Safety is often a focus of our service and maintenance articles and a core part of the Kia Service Experience. By helping you keep your car running at optimal efficiency, and educating you on issues related to your car, we continually demonstrate our commitment to your safety.
And occasionally, we have to indulge ourselves and brag about our cars. In 2015, Kia made history by placing second in J.D. Powers Initial Quality Study, being named a Best Global Green brand and introducing the totally redesigned Kia Optima  and the all-new 2017 Kia Sportage . Kia broke sales records all year, sold its 6th millionth vehicle in the US and celebrated 40 years in business. It’s a great story and we’re proud to be a part of it.
What was your favorite story of the year and what would you like us to write about in 2016?
