We get it. Not everyone is a car person. We are car people. But, as a car owner to some degree it is to your advantage to become somewhat of a car person. The more you know can help reduce your cost of ownership, keep your vehicle operating in optimal condition and help you to be aware of potential problems among other things.

When you buy a car at Kia Country, it is just the beginning of a relationship. Your sales consultant will continue to be available to answer questions about your new car and will periodically check in with you to make certain that you are happy with your purchase. It is our Service staff, most notably our Assistant Service Managers who will be your “partner” for as long as you own your vehicle. Using the multi-point inspection and your vehicle’s service history they will advise you on maintenance and repairs both near and long-term.

In addition to this, we invest effort into developing and maintaining information resources that you may find useful in between service visits. All of this information has been specifically developed in easy-to-understand formats for people that are not necessarily “car people”. We believe you will find the information useful and that it will enable you to become a more informed car owner.

At CharlestonKia.com, you will find redesigned pages dedicated to Service & Parts from our service philosophy, customer amenities, FAQs to the most common car maintenance items such as tires, brakes, oil changes and more. You will also find our monthly discount coupons and may use our convenient online scheduling tool.

We publish a bi-weekly blog for drivers. The most recent three posts can be found on our website’s homepage and the archive can be found under News and Research on our website. There are well over 1000 posts and there is search feature. There are broad range of topics from basic components and operations of your vehicle, to utilizing technology, driver safety, Kia news and even fun topics like our favorite car movies.

On our YouTube channel you will find staff produced short one to two-minute videos that on a broad range of topics such as tire pressure, cleaning upholstery, resale value. In short and more car care tips than you can count.

Our email communications will provide you with money saving coupons, important information, recall notices, events and more. Service communications are sent the second week of each month. We are excited to debut an all new design in September.
