Kia Roadside Assistance
Every new Kia comes with Kia’s Roadside Assistance Plan. It is an extension of Kia’s Limited Warranty. The Roadside Assistance call center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Kia has established relationships with over 17,000 service centers and 10,000 locksmiths nationwide.
Roadside assistance will help if you have run out of gas, have a flat tire or need a battery jump. If your car is inoperable due to a warranty concern it will cover towing. Complete information can be found in your warranty book.
The Roadside Assistance Plan is another advantage to owning a Kia as you will not have to purchase this coverage through your automobile insurance or third party provider. In addition, it is fully transferrable should you decide to sell your car.
We hope that you will never have a roadside emergency, but if you do, the Roadside Assistance team will provide peace of mind, help and have you back on the road. We also recommend that you keep a Roadside Emergency Kit in your vehicle. These are available from our Parts Department and include some basic tools and safety items.
