They care for the customer and I highly recommend Kia Country of Charleston.

It has not always been pleasant. I find that some of the staff are not user friendly. I paid for my vehicle and all of its service so when I expect them to reciprocate that what should I done without them adding their feeling/input.

Very knowledgeable and polite. This La Last service we brought the car in a day earlier and I’m assuming they found some time to do the multi point inspection so they completed that on the day that we brought the car and finished the last of it on the next day. So I appreciated them. We’re starting on the car when we brought it in earlier.

Kia Country provided great service and in a timely manner. My.daughters car had some issues and the service department was able to complete the repairs. She was without a car for 1 day and that was great! Thank you Kia Country!

Loved Kyle... he was awesome! Recently moved here from NY. Although had 2 wait 3 wks before they could get me in, just like up in NY. Customer service way better. Courteous...& while sitting outside, Kyle, whom was so polite, came out & sat with me, explaining the situation w/what had to be fixed on my car moving forward. No one would have ever addressed me like that up in NY. Love Charleston!

I had the best experience at Kia Country Charleston with the salesman Mr. Elijah, he was so super nice and helpful. I was down the road trying to get a vehicle from somewhere else and didn't have what they wanted for the full down payment. So we tried here and he worked with us and what we had available. On a scale of 1-10 he gets an 11, so if you ever wanna buy a new car then you need to go talk to him ASAP.

Though I loved working with my salesperson, I have been very disappointed in Kia Country. The air conditioning in my new 2025 Niro does not work. I was told that a part would have to be ordered and that I would be contacted when the part arrived. Kia never called. After ten days, I called and was told it had arrived seven days earlier. Then I was told I would have to wait one month to get the part installed. When I complained, I was told I could drop off my car and borrow a loaner so that my car could get fixed more quickly. It's been three weeks, and no one has called. When I called today, they said they'd get right back to me with a date of completion. It's been hours and still no call.

My salesperson, David was very polite, professional and got me exactly what I wanted.

Out of town and key smashed. They got me a replacement and programmed it within two hours.

They have the personal touch and customer service of a small dealership but have more than enough inventory to choose from. Ask for Carvin!

I can honestly say this was the best car shopping/buying experience I’ve ever had. Most people don’t look forward to this process due to the reputation salesmen have but our rep, Zayd was a class act helping us with our new KIA Sorento. He worked with us to understand our needs, price point and we did not feel pressured at any moment. I could honestly tell he had a true passion for helping customers which extended to his manager, Adam. This place truly sets themselves apart and assures that you are taken care of even after the car buying process with multiple services that they offer. I will be pointing friends and family to this awesome team on Savannah Highway and if you are in the market for a Kia, this is the spot to go!

Kia's Service Dept is top notch!! I recently had a repair done on my Kia Sportage. Everything when perfectly and my Kia was left very clean inside when I picked it up! Everyone in the Service Department are very professional...they know what they are doing...and most of all...they treat you like family!🙂

This is by far the best kia I’ve ever been into!!!! The lady that helped me is very nice and pleasant very informative and thorough about the info of my car and what they work on it . My car came out nice and clean. they washed the outside which i appreciate a lot thank you guys . Had a great experience at Kia Country on Savannah Highway. With the help of Mr. Elijah, I got my first car! Corey, William, and Tony were also very welcoming and entertaining. Such a nice place with great people! Definitely would recommend this place!!!
